This policy explains how HRCaspian collects and uses the personal data of visitors to hrcaspian.az and of people who contact us about our services.
What we collect
Data you submit through the contact form: name, company, email, phone, service of interest and message. Technical data: browser type and the page the request was sent from. The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, to arrange a consultation or training registration, and to stay in touch with you about it. Your data is not added to marketing lists and is never sold to third parties.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on servers in the European Union (Supabase, Ireland). The website is hosted by Vercel and email notifications are sent through Resend. These providers process data only on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Requests are kept for 24 months after they are handled, then deleted. Where a service contract is signed, contract-related data is kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
Under the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Personal Data you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data. Write to the address below and we will act on it.
